These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SIA WORLD, including the SIA WORLD Creator software, website, accounts, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or use the Service.
1. About SIA WORLD
SIA WORLD provides creative software and related digital services, including SIA WORLD Creator and associated online services.
Certain features may require an account, an eligible subscription, a beta invitation, or another form of authorization.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
3. Accounts

6. Beta Services
Certain features of SIA WORLD may be provided as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features ("Beta Services").
During the SIA WORLD Creator Beta period, eligible beta users may receive access to features and panels that are currently available for testing and evaluation.
Beta access is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, access levels, available panels, and other functionality may be changed, restricted, or discontinued after the Beta period ends.
Access to certain features after the Beta period may depend on the account plan, membership level, license, subscription, or other eligibility requirements applicable at that time.
Beta Services may contain errors, bugs, performance limitations, or incomplete functionality and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by applicable law.
You understand that Beta Services are not necessarily representative of the final version of the Service and should not be relied upon as a fully mature or production-critical system.
7. Software License
Subject to these Terms and your applicable account or license status, SIA WORLD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SIA WORLD Creator software for its intended purpose.
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the software except where expressly authorized by SIA WORLD or applicable law.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- circumvent authentication, licensing, subscription, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- modify or redistribute the software without authorization;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service;
- upload or process content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you create or upload using the Service, subject to any separate license or agreement that applies to a particular feature.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for content that you upload, process, publish, or otherwise use through the Service.

The Service, software, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and other materials provided by SIA WORLD are owned by or licensed to SIA WORLD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
16. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
SIA WORLD does not guarantee that the Service will meet every specific requirement, operate without interruption, or be free from every error or defect.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA WORLD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
