Refund Policy
SIAWORLD Creator is currently offered as Early Access software under active development. This Refund Policy explains the refund conditions applicable to purchases made through the SIAWORLD Creator Early Starter Program.
1. Scope of the Early Starter Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies specifically to purchases made through the SIAWORLD Creator Early Starter Program.
The Early Starter Program is a limited Early Access offering that provides eligible customers with access to SIAWORLD Creator before its full commercial release, together with the Early Starter benefits described on the applicable purchase or pricing page.
Because SIAWORLD Creator remains under active development during this period, the terms of this Policy reflect the particular nature and risks of participating in the Early Starter Program.
When SIAWORLD Creator reaches its full commercial release, SIA WORLD may introduce a different refund policy, pricing structure, license terms, or other commercial terms for new purchases.
Any such future changes will not retroactively alter the refund terms that applied to an Early Starter purchase at the time that purchase was made, except where required by applicable law or applicable Paddle requirements.
2. Seven-Day Refund Period
Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to applicable law and Paddle's applicable refund and buyer protection policies.
If a refund is completed, the license associated with the refunded purchase and any Early Starter access or benefits associated with that purchase may be revoked or deactivated.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
3. Early Access Software
SIAWORLD Creator is Early Access software and remains under active development.
During the Early Access period, customers may encounter conditions including, but not limited to:
- bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior;
- incomplete or temporarily unavailable functionality;
- performance or optimization issues;
- compatibility issues with certain devices, hardware, drivers, operating systems, or software environments;
- changes to features, workflows, interfaces, or user experience;
- modification, replacement, or removal of existing functionality;
- temporary issues caused by updates or development changes.
4. Early Access Issues and Additional Refunds
After the applicable refund period has expired, the existence of ordinary Early Access issues does not, by itself, create an additional refund guarantee from SIA WORLD, except where otherwise required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable policies.
Examples may include:
- minor bugs or visual defects;
- temporary malfunction of individual features;
- performance or optimization issues;
- changes to the user interface or workflow;
- modification or redesign of features;
- temporary issues following an update;
- changes to development schedules or product roadmaps;
- differences between a customer's personal expectations and the direction of product development.
This provision does not affect any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
5. Our Commitment During Early Access
Early Access does not mean that SIA WORLD has no responsibility for maintaining or improving SIAWORLD Creator.
SIA WORLD intends to actively develop SIAWORLD Creator, review reported issues, improve stability and performance, and continue refining the product throughout the Early Access period.
However, due to the nature of software under development, SIA WORLD cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved immediately, that the software will operate without interruption or error, or that it will be compatible with every possible hardware or software configuration.
6. Future Features and Development Roadmap
A purchase of SIAWORLD Creator Early Access is a purchase of access to the software available under the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Roadmaps, planned features, development previews, estimated release dates, and other statements regarding future development are provided to communicate our current development direction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they should not be interpreted as guarantees that a particular feature will be released, that a feature will remain unchanged, or that development will be completed by a particular date.
7. Material Service Changes
If SIA WORLD permanently discontinues SIAWORLD Creator or the Early Starter Program, or if another material circumstance arises that substantially prevents customers from receiving the product or access they purchased, SIA WORLD will evaluate the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable policies.
8. Refund Processing
Payments for SIAWORLD Creator may be processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.
Refund requests and approved refunds may therefore be subject to Paddle's applicable checkout, buyer, and refund procedures in addition to this Policy.
When a refund is completed, access associated with the refunded transaction, including the applicable SIAWORLD Creator license and Early Starter benefits, may be terminated.
9. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
If applicable consumer law or mandatory Paddle requirements provide customers with rights greater than those described in this Policy, those requirements will apply.
10. Changes to This Policy and Full Commercial Release
SIA WORLD may update this Policy during the Early Starter period to reflect changes to the Service, payment arrangements, Paddle requirements, or applicable law.
Material changes may be communicated through the SIA WORLD website, SIAWORLD Creator, or other reasonable means.
Any policy introduced for the full commercial release will generally apply to purchases made under those terms and will not retroactively replace the terms applicable to an earlier Early Starter purchase, except where required by applicable law.
